I’m getting old and I’m deaf. I’ll shortly celebrate my 96th birthday in cat years (that’s 20 to you humans). The old part is a drag, but the deafness has its benefits when my big-mouth brother brays.

My H.E. (Human Era) name is Shiva which means the “Auspicious one”, and I am a major Hindu God (far greater than the lowly Rama who spreads lies regularly on these pages). In the Shaiva tradition of Hinduism I am seen as THE supreme God. and I am one of the five primary forms of God.

Followers of Hinduism who focus their worship upon me are called Shaivites, or here in my 212th reincarnation, slaves. The two I allow to serve me here are Walter, A.K.A. Rafio, and his much sweeter wife Patricia.

I am so powerful that even as a young kitten,or Pussy Godette I managed to send both of my slave to hospital. I’ll tell you all about those triumphs, and my other adventures, later in my blog.

Just remember, if you hold a cat by the tail you learn things you cannot learn any other way.
